White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. white chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oleo
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Melt chocolate.
Cream the butter, oleo and sugar.
Add egg yolks.
Add chocolate and mix well.
Sift flour and sugar.
Add alternately with sour milk to chocolate mixture; beat well.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and vanilla.
Stir in nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in three 9-inch round pans, greased and floured.
