Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 cucumber, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 green peppers, cut into rings
6 to 8 Tbsp. olive oil
2 to 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Feta cheese, crumbled
8 to 10 black olives
chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Place tomatoes, cucumber, onion and peppers in large salad bowl.
Shake in a jar until well blended the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad.
Sprinkle Feta cheese, olives and parsley over the top.
(Can be made ahead.)
