Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm (not hot) water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    3 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the cup of warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and melted shortening.
    Pour into pan, add flour 1/2 cup at a time. Knead dough until it is soft and smooth.
    Place in greased pan. Place in warm area for 1 hour.
    Brush top of dough with soft shortening before it rises.
    After rising, divide in 1/2 and roll out on floured table.
