Icebox Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sour cream (1 carton)
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake in greased and floured muffin tins for 10 to 12 minutes.
Mixture may be kept in refrigerator for many days and use small amounts for breakfast each day.
