Ingredients

1 1/4 soft margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Stir together dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
If dough is sticky, add flour to handle.
Roll 1/4 thick on well floured board.
Cut out with cookie cutters.
Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
