Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 pkg. macaroni (1 c.)
    2 c. canned tomatoes or juice
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 slices cheese
Preparation
    Melt shortening; add beef, onion and pepper.
    Brown slightly. Cook macaroni according to directions on package.
    Add macaroni, tomatoes, catsup, salt and pepper to browned mixture.
    Mix and pour into a casserole.
    To with cheese slices.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
