Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all of these ingredients and place in a glass or stainless bowl (don't use aluminum).
    Cover with towel.
    Allow to stand in warm place for a few days or until it has begun to ferment and has wonderful smell.
    Cover and store in fridge; use as starter.
