Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 large bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 stick butter
    2 cups rice
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all except butter.
    Put in 9x13-inch pan.
    Pat butter on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
