Oven Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    5 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
    Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
    Immediately pour over corn that has been placed in a large roasting pan.
    Toss corn and syrup mixture to coat.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Spread coated corn onto waxed paper or cookie sheets and break up as it cools.
    Store in tightly covered container.
