2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen or fresh chopped broccoli or cauliflower
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pt. half and half
1 onion, sauteed in butter
jalapeno pepper cheese *
Velveeta cheese *

*Enough to equal one pound, suggest 12 ounces Velveeta and 4 ounces jalapeno pepper.
