County Fair Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (17 oz.) can peas, drained
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain. Combine ground beef, onion and seasonings in heavy saucepan. Stir in sour cream and soup.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in macaroni. Spoon mixture into casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
