Cabbage Rolls (Sarme) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    2 tablespoons fat
    1 cup chopped onions
    1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
    1 pound ground pork or beef
    3/4 cup rice (cooked)
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1/8 teaspoon marjoram
    1 teaspoon salt
    pepper
    2 pounds sauerkraut
    2 cups tomato juice
Preparation
    Boil cabbage in hot water 8-10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Peel off leaves.
    Fry fat, onions, and garlic together until light brown. Mix with raw meat, rice, eggs, and spices.
    Put 2 tablespoons of meat mixture in center of leaf and roll it up tight.
    Put sauerkraut on bottom of large pan.
    Arrange cabbage rolls on that. Pour tomato juice over all.
    Cover and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
    Serve with sour cream.
