Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag Ore-Ida O'Brien potatoes
1 can chunky mushroom soup OR 1 can chunky chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
pepper and Nature Seasonings to taste
Preparation

Thaw potatoes.
Butter a 9 x 13 pan.
Add to thawed potatoes, soup, sour cream and seasonings.
Put half of potato mix in pan. Sprinkle half the cheese over top and add remaining potato mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir.
Add remaining cheese on top and bake 15 minutes until brown.
May add ham chunks.
