Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 stick margarine
6 c. zucchini, diced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. carrots, shredded
Preparation

Saute zucchini and onion until color changes (around 5 minutes).
Add soup, sour cream and carrots; stir until blended. Melt margarine; add to stuffing mix.
Divide mixture in half. Pour 1/2 in casserole dish.
Add zucchini mixture.
Pour remaining stuffing mixture on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
