Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    salt
    cornstarch
    2 or 3 beaten eggs
    oil
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    7 Tbsp. vinegar (1 Tbsp. less than 1/2 cup)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut off an discard wing tips (may be saved for soup).
    Cut remaining portion in two parts.
    Salt each chicken wing and roll in cornstarch.
    Dip in beaten eggs and brown in oil in a skillet. Dissolve bouillon cube in water; combine with catsup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce.
    Pour over chicken wings which are arranged in one layer in a flat, shallow casserole.
    Cover with foil; bake 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, then uncover pan and bake 15 minutes longer.
