Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
flour tortillas
finely shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. chopped chilies (mild)
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Mix mushroom soup, evaporated milk and enchilada sauce.
Spread meat on flour tortilla.
Spoon on sauce mixture and add cheese.
Roll up.
Fix all mixtures in tortillas and layer in baking dish.
Top with sauce mixture and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cover with foil when baking.
Serve with sour cream.
