Sweet-Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes (2 lb.), peeled and quartered
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground nutmeat
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    12 large marshmallows
    2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender (20 minutes or so); drain well. Cool slightly.
    Mash.
    In a medium bowl, combine.
    Refrigerate for awhile if too soft.
