Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or venison
    2 (14 oz.) cans tomatoes, drained
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. medium sharp cheese, grated
    1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, drained
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with taco mix; drain grease.
    Layer in 2 (1 1/2-quart) casserole dishes.
    Start with cheese, meat, onion, pepper, green chilies and the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix up everything.
    When it's done, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Tabasco sauce (if desired) and/or garlic salt and cheese on top.
    Microwave on High 20 minutes.
