Cream Cheese Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Combine first 5 ingredients until smooth and spread in pie shell.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pecans in shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until center is firm to touch.
Serves 8.
