Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. beer
    3 large yellow onions
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine flour and beer.
    Cover bowl and let sit for no less than 3 hours.
    Slice onions in 1/4-inch slices.
    Dip in batter and fry.
    Drain on brown paper bag on jelly roll pan and keep in warm oven while frying others.
    Can be frozen.
    Reheat in 450\u00b0 oven.
