Mom'S Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    milk to stir
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Drop by tablespoon in broth, gravy or stews.
    Let cook 20 minutes.
    Cover pan.
    Do not uncover kettle for 20 minutes.
