Pork Chop Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil; place in 11 x 14-inch pan.
    Pour rice around chops.
    Mix water, tomato sauce, taco mix and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Pour over chops and rice.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
