Falafel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked garbanzo beans, mashed
    1 baked potato, peeled and mashed
    3 Tbsp. tahini
    1 bunch minced parsley
    1/2 minced onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/8 c. sesame seed
    1/8 c. sunflower seeds
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the beans, potatoes and tahini.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on a nonstick baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
