Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. Cheddar cheese
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
4 oz. jar pimentos
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Let cheese soften; mash up with fork.
Puree pimento.
Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate.
The pimento cheese is better if made a day ahead.
If stiff when ready to use, add mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon at a time, to make mixture easy to spread.
