New England Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. rolled rump roast, trim fat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. horseradish
    1/2 c. water
    4 small potatoes, halved
    4 carrots, quartered
    4 small onions
Preparation
    In pot, brown roast on medium for 5 minutes each side; add salt and pepper.
    Spread horseradish over; add water on side and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add vegetables and cook for 1 additional hour.
    (If done in oven use 350\u00b0.)
