Fast Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and margarine. Cool until lukewarm. Put water in warm bowl (large) and sprinkle yeast over water; stir until dissolved.
    Add milk; mix egg, 2 cups flour and beat until smooth. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. Cover and let rise, about 30 minutes. Punch down. Make
    in 2 dozen rolls or divide into 4 pieces on a greased pie plate for sub rolls or add 2 cups raisins for raisin bread. Let rise 30 minutes. Grease pans bread is to be baked in. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
