Potato Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. \"chilled\" mashed potatoes
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Divide into 4 portions.
Roll each into ball.
Shake in bag with cornflake crumbs until well covered.
Pinch top of ball and flatten bottom so that it will be in the form of croquette (slightly cone shape).
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Make ahead and refrigerate to save time.
Serves 4.
