Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Mazola oil
    2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled, squeeze to get rid of moisture
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add cream with egg mixture.
    Mix together.
    Add nuts.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
