Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion (as desired)
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can vegetable soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
    Add soups and water to beef in skillet.
    Bring to boil.
    Put rice in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, covered.
    Pour beef mixture over rice. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
