Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 jar junior carrots (baby food)
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar; add eggs and blend.
Then add dry ingredients.
Add pineapple and vanilla.
Pour into three 8 or 9-inch greased cake pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
