Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 egg
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add the next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top the last 10 minutes of baking.
