Apricot Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless lamb
    1 c. apricot nectar
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 small onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim lamb and cut in 1-inch cubes.
    Thread onto bamboo skewers.
    Mix ingredients in a glass dish.
    Add lamb and turn to coat. Marinate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
