Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 1/2 lb. or 2 big bunches broccoli
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; set aside.
    Cut broccoli into florets and combine in a large bowl with cheese and bacon.
    Toss with mayonnaise dressing.
    Cover and chill overnight before serving.
    Makes about 6 servings.
