Ham Brown Greasy Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    country cured ham
    1/2 c. fresh brewed coffee
    little water
Preparation
    Put a little grease in skillet, fry sliced ham until brown on both sides.
    When done, remove ham from skillet, then add the coffee and water to the ham grease, stir until all little pieces of ham are mixed with the liquid.
    Pour in bowl.
    Very good to put on biscuits, mashed potatoes, good on about anything.
    I used to make lots of this, when we had our own ham meat.
