Quick Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. canned fruit (any kind)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat fruit in its syrup with 1/3 cup sugar.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.
    Pour into pan, then pour fruit over the batter.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
