Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. meat juice
Preparation

Save meat juice from a roast.
Blend eggs, flour, milk and salt.
This batter will be thin.
Pour meat juice into muffin tin large enough for 12 muffins.
Warm pan and meat juice in oven. Pour thin batter over top of each muffin cup.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Serve standing around the roast on platter.
