Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
1 small can flaked coconut
1 box German chocolate SuperMoist cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan layer the pecans and coconut.
Mix the cake mix according to package directions and pour over the pecans and coconut.
Mix together the cream cheese, margarine and sugar.
Pour on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
(Check after 45 minutes.)
