Tangy Barbecue Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. meat (Italian sausage, chorizo, Italian ham)
    3 to 5 shakes Tabasco sauce
    1/3 c. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 lb. can Bush's baked beans, drained
    1/2 tsp. dry powdered mustard
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    1/4 c. molasses
    catsup (if desired)
    olive oil (if needed to brown meat and onions)
Preparation
    Brown meat; add Tabasco and barbecue sauce and let simmer.
    Add mustard, molasses and garlic to meat mixture while simmering. Saute onions and bell peppers until crunchy; add to meat mixture. Stir and put into casserole dish (do not cover).
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
