Potato With Apples And Ham(Jagaimo No Ringoni) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 18 small new potatoes
1 c. diced ham
2 large apples
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation

Rinse potatoes and put into microwave safe dish.
Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes.
Peel.
Peel apples.
Soak in water for 5 minutes, then grate.
Put potatoes and bouillon cube into a pot and cover with water.
Bring to boil.
Lower heat and add ham and grated apple.
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain.
Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
