French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp diet margarine
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    dash salt
    6 slices diet bread
    cinnsweet
Preparation
    Heat margarine in a heavy skillet. Combine the egg, milk, vanilla and salt in a bowl; blend with a fork. Dip bread into egg mixture and saute in margarine on both sides to a golden brown. Sprinkle each with cinnsweet. Makes 6 servings.
