Spaghetti A La Carbonara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked al dente and drained
1/2 lb. diced, cooked ham or Canadian bacon
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. diced onion
white wine
3 beaten eggs
1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley
1 Tbsp. basil
Preparation
-
Prepare spaghetti al dente; drain.
Saute ham or Canadian bacon and onion in butter and white wine.
Put hot spaghetti, eggs, cheese, parsley and basil in warm serving bowl.
Mix well. Pour ham and sauce over spaghetti and mix again.
Serve with garlic bread.
Serves 6.
