Ingredients

2 1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. soaked garbanzos
1 Tbsp. raw cashews
2 dates
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Let stand while waffle iron is heating.
Blend briefly again.
Pour into Pam-sprayed waffle iron and bake 8 to 12 minutes.
If waffle iron is hard to open, leave a few minutes longer.
