Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix (dry)
    1 stick softened butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 lb. size box powdered sugar
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat well; pour over first layer.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
