Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    4 minced garlic cloves
    1/2 c. chopped onion tops
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3 c. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 slices white bread, soaked in milk
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1/2 c. hot water
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic in 1 stick butter or oleo.
    Add parsley flakes, onion tops, soup, shrimp, rice, bread and hot water.
    Season to taste.
    Cook 8 to 10 minutes.
    Pour into 2 quart casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs and pats of butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
