Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. Accent
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can crab meat, flaked
    1 c. light cream
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add Accent, salt and pepper.
    Combine cheese, flour, crab meat and cream.
    Pour into pie pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
