Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 small can Niblets corn, drained (optional)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 small hot pepper, diced
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 small jar pimento, diced
    3 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour into hot, greased skillet and bake in 400\u00b0 oven until done.
