Ingredients

1 qt. cranberries
1 qt. water
2 c. sugar
2 oranges, juice and grind
Preparation

Wash and drain cranberries.
Heat cranberries in water to boiling point and cook until soft.
Run through a sieve.
Add 2 cups of sugar, juice and grated rind of 2 oranges to pulp.
Heat until sugar dissolves.
Pour into ice cube tray and slightly freeze.
Take out and beat until very light.
Return to tray and finish freezing.
Serve with main course as a side dish.
