Mexican Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    3 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In bowl, cream butter with 1/2 cup sugar.
    Beat in vanilla, pecans and salt until mixture is combined.
    Add flour; beat dough until it is combined.
    Chill for 6 hours or overnight.
