Crab Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 16 oz. jumbo lump crab meat, cleaned, rinsed and strained
diced onion
diced green pepper
diced celery
1 or 2 eggs and mayonnaise to texture (1/3 c.)
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. seasoned pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise to 1 Tbsp. mustard
