Coffee Toffee Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick pie crust mix
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. instant coffee powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Shell:
    Crumble crust mix very fine; blend in brown sugar, nuts and 1 square of chocolate (grated).
    Remove 1 tablespoon of the mixture and place in a pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Cool.
    Add water to the remaining mixture.
    Blend well and press into an 8-inch buttered pie pan.
    Moisten fingers for pressing. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
